NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of The Royal St. Georges Society of Halifax will be held:
When: Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 7:00 pm.
Where: The McNally Board Meeting Room, St. Mary’s University, 923 Robie, Halifax, NS
Why: (a) To receive the minutes of the annual meeting of 2010;
(b) To elect members of the Executive Committee
( c) To elect Non Voting Honorary Members of the executive Committee;
(d) To receive the financial statements of the Society for the fiscal year ended December 31,
2010;
(e) To transact such future or other business as may properly come before the meeting or
any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
Directions: The McNally Room is located in the main Building through the doors, turn right halfway
down on the left side.
Tea and Coffee will be served.
